Auction FAQs
Auctions create excitement and action, which creates optimal prices for your property in the shortest amount of time. You can’t replicate this atmosphere anywhere else!
From the day of our initial meeting, we can generally hold your auction within 45-60 days, expediting the process and closing/settlement.
We strongly discourage marketing your property prior to the auction. Trying to see your property first often creates a loss of interest in potential buyers.
When marketing your property at auction, you and Wiggins Auctioneers will establish a confidential, acceptable price. This strategy maximizes your profit potential without limitations.

We recommend that all interested parties arrive at the event 20-30 minutes early. This will give you plenty of time to get comfortable and review our information packet.
Our auction listings will clearly state whether our auction is live and online or online only.
If our auction is online, you can click on the red button that says “ online bidding” to register and participate.
After we have received a final bid and seller confirmation, our representatives will assist with contracts and the proper paperwork to proceed with the transaction.
We will remain in contact with the closing agent and assist throughout the sale transaction.
Most of the properties close within 30-45 days.
Traditional Realty FAQs
Our traditional realty listings include land, homes, acreages, and commercial properties.
Good news! Wiggins is here to help you through every step of the process whether you’re buying or selling property. When you contact us for a free, confidential consultation, one of our experts will meet with you to discuss which service best benefits you and your unique needs.
While sellers can immediately accept or reject an offer, a counteroffer is common. Your Wiggins consultant will guide you through this process and advise you on how to properly respond and negotiate with the sellers.
While a final walk-through is not required, a final walk-through isn’t a bad idea! It gives you the chance to inspect your home one last time prior to closing. This is the time for you to see if anything has changed or if the owners have made any repairs that you requested.
