134.6 +/- acres of Cimarron River hunting & recreational land located just outside Dover in an area well known for its abundant wildlife population. This property has not been hunted since 2019, when a trophy whitetail deer was harvested, and should provide excellent hunting opportunities. The mix of river bottom timber, grassland, sandbars, and nearby cropland creates excellent habitat to attract & maintain a wide variety of game including whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, bobwhite quail, waterfowl, and other predators. The diversity is why the area is well known for both big-game and upland bird hunting.
